No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. One employee without food handler training working in kitchen with food who has not signed the employee health reporting agreement. Manager had employee read and sign the health reporting agreement during this inspection.
