Food manager showed up at the end of the inspection.

Product had been in cooler for 4 hours. Operator discarded and replaced product and installed lid on equipment. - Corn (44F - Cold Holding); Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese (47F - Cold Holding); Cut Tomatoes (45F - Cold Holding) in two door single hood reach-in cooler on make line. Product had been in cooler for 4 hours. Operator discarded and replaced product.
