Manager stated that there was a problem with the dispenser to put quat in sink. He drained it and refilled and the quat was within proper range. Discussed with manager need to test quat level with each refill of sink.tested 0ppm quat, reamade tested 200ppm quat.
Stop Sale issued. Fish reduced oxygen packaged on premises, or commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish labeled with instructions to remain frozen until time of use, not held frozen. 4 pieces of salmon thawed in the factory bags. Box says to remove before thawing.
