Hole in middle of walk in cooler ceiling. Observed water dripping into catch bucket. No crosss contamination occurring.

Added single service dry storage by rear exit door to left side of cooler. Previous plans had no designated storage. Dining tables removed and only 1 restroom available, the other was removed. Customer access would be though installed front counter with soda cooler, pizza. Hot box and pizza box storage. Shifted only hand sink and three compartment sink to the left side of the mop sink. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
