Observed food handling employee touch cell phone then put pizza on buffet without changing gloves and washing hands. Manager coached employee and he changed gloves and washed hands.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at front hand wash sink. Employee replaced paper towels.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed gap beneath side exterior kitchen door. Manager has purchased materials to repair.
