Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Open can of Budweiser beer stored on stainless steel table next to bags of shredded mozzarella cheese, above container of ground beef, and above uncovered bowl of sauce with sauce brush inside walk in cooler.
Stored food not covered. Preset up pans of cooked chicken wings and garlic bread stored on stainless steel table in walk in cooler not covered.
