To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed no proof of training for any employees. All employees hired over 60 days, per manager. Manager states that employees have food handler certification books but have not been given test yet.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled spray bottle containing purple substance. Food handler was unsure of what substance was and emptied it.
Food stored on floor. Observed soda (Pepsi, Starry, Dr. Pepper, Mug, Mountain Dew) bottles stored on floor by front register. Manager moved sodas to a rack.

Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed pizza boxes in packages stored on floor in back of kitchen are across from walk in cooler.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop in mop sink not hung to dry in mop sink.
