To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed no proof of training for any employees. All employees hired over 60 days, per manager. Manager states that employees have food handler certification books but have not been given test yet.
