Establishment using a sanitizer solution that does not meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Establishment only has Splashless bleach and no other approved sanitizers available for warewashing. Manager purchased the correct bleach from a nearby store. Inspector educated manager on proper warewashing procedures and set up the sink with sanitizer, and manager began sanitizing dishes during this inspection.
