Observed Pasta Salad (46F - Cold Holding); Shredded Cheese (47F - Cold Holding); Cut Lettuce (50F - Cold Holding); Ham (46F - Cold Holding); Cooked Eggs (47F - Cold Holding); Broccoli (51F - Cold Holding) above 41 F, manager stated they were also put in salad bar at 10am. Manager discarded items listed above and replaced with new product and put on ice.
