At cookline grill station- employee wearing gloves- handled raw fish and raw burger than proceeded to prepare food for order without changing their gloves and washing their hands- educated operator - employee washed hands.
Food stored on floor- at walk in cooler container of celery stored on floor - operator moved of the floor.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Damp/ soiled wiping cloth on cutting board by cookline- operator removed.
