Operator open the walk in freezer door while the technician arrive. Also observed corn/beans salad (55F - Cold Holding); cheese (55F - Cold Holding); hot dogs (59F - Cold Holding); arugula (60F - Cold Holding). Less than 4 hours as per operator, operator placed under ice bag.
