Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Steak 112F, sautéed vegetables 108F. Product was put on the grill.
Packaged food not labeled as specified by law. Individual servings of peach cobbler on a table outside the unit. I explained to the operator her options of serving out of her Mobile unit or labeling the containers with the name of the product and where it was purchased from which would be her unit; because she packaged the individual containers.
Food stored outside. Containers of iced tea dispensers. The containers was moved to the inside of the unit.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. License # 6351319.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
