No current insurance inspector boiler report or boiler certificate available for boiler. For reporting purposes only. Operator provided me an email showing where she submitted the boiler inspection, but will not receive the permit until about 5-6 months.

No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at hand wash sink near employee entrance. GM replaced soap.
