Tested at 0ppm. New chlorine container connected and machine primed during inspection. Tested at 100ppm chlorine.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food not consumed/sold within 7 days after opening/preparation. Pizza sauce made 4-7-26, and mozzarella cheese opened 4-8-26, not used/discarded by 4-16-26 See stop sale.
Self-service salad bar/buffet lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. No protection for some breakfast bar items, sugar, raisins, granola, almonds, salsa, bacon, bread, muffins, bagels, cheese, apples, donuts.

Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation. Observed chicken confit dated 12-27-24, crab imperialism 12/31/24, one ribeye dated 12/24/24 and Cuban sandwiches dated 11/25/24. Supervisor threw items away.
Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed chicken confit, Crab Imperialism topping, one ribeye and Cuban sandwiches all held over 7 days.
