Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee food on top of shelf over food to be sold to the public.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Crepe utensil in water 64F, operator disposed of water.
Portable fire extinguisher gauge in red zone. For reporting purposes only. In front of Handwash sink extinguisher is in the recharge zone.
