Emailed operator Clean-Up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events (DBPR HR 5030-104) form. Establishment carries chemical (Chlorine) associated with the written procedures. Discussed printing it out.

Discussed calling ServSafe to request the certificate. Konner Kelly, employee present during the inspection also holds a certified food manager certificate and tried to reset his password during the inspection and will call customer support to access his certificate.
