Observed cooked Shrimp and cooked crab no time mark. Per operator, out of temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Operator placed time stamp for remaining 3.5 hours.

Per operator, out of temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Operator turned up temperature on warmer.
