Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Employee cracked unpasteurized shell eggs, then grabbed two slices of bread, lettuces and tomatoes, using same gloves. After manager instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.

Employee removed food out of temperature and placed inside lower cooler.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Cook line- used glove inside sink, employee removed.
Clean equipment and utensils not separated from soiled equipment and utensils at warewashing area. Clean equipment storage shelf, coiled container among clean containers, employee removed.

All items removed.

After instructed employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. pork links (92F - Hot Holding), per manager food hot held less than one hour, observed tray under grill shelf, employee moved to grill tap and reheated to 170F.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employee washing hands on prep sink, after instructed employee moved to hand wash sink.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed labels on expo station with yesterday's date. Employee removed and changed for today's date.
