Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Outside back door.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Under side of mixer head soiled with food debris. Manager cleaned at time of inspection.
In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Build up of dust/debris in ice scoop holster by ice machine. Manager had items cleaned at time of inspection.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. French toast tong handle resting in product. Manager removed tongs and obtained longer tongs.
