Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the dishwasher machine testing machine testing at 0ppm. Manager set up three compartment sink.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a pan and spatula in the handwashing sink on the cook line. Discussed that sink should only be used for handwashing.
