Butter packets filled to the top of pan, butter packets below 42F and below. Manager removed excess packets and placed in reach in cooler.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on sheet pan next to grill Hash browns (105F-110F - Hot Holding). Manager will place cooked hash browns on sheet pan on Time As A Public Health Control. Manager completed Time As A Public Health Control during inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed splitter added to mop sink with two hoses connected without back flow devices on either end.
