Observed Ham and cheese croissant (75F - Cold Holding); Ham and cheese wrap (74F - Cold Holding); Cheese pizza (77F - Cold Holding) As per person in charge, 1 hour. Person in charge placed products in reach-in cooler for rapid cooling. Operator filled out Time as a Public Health Control for items on display case.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed nozzles of slushy machine with mold-like substance. Operator had them cleaned and sanitized during inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed cup of coffee inside of hand washing sink. Employee removed it.
Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. As per person in charge, dish machine is not functioning, three compartment sink is being used.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed no hair restraint on employee at front counter.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed single service cup holders not stored inverted at front counter. Employee correctly stored them.
