Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms of illness that would prevent an employee from working with food, clean equipment and utensils, and single-service items. Observed no knowledge of the big 6 foodborne illness. Handed operator a copy.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Operators generator at the time was not functioning. Operator was able to swap out generators and provide hot water.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no hand wash sing for the hand wash sink. Operator placed a hand wash sign.
