Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee washed hands for less than ten seconds on cook line. Discussed proper handwashing procedure with operator.

In single door reach in cooler on cookline: hot dogs (44F - Cold Holding) operator forgot to move until end of inspection; burgers (45F - Cold Holding) second temp 44F; tuna (44F - Cold Holding) second temp 42F. operator relocated food items to another cooler.

Discussed the need to have an asterisk next to consumer advisory and next to the tuna on the menu. Operator had more menus printed at time of inspection.
