Butter held on expo line not time stamped when it was removed from refrigeration. Per operator butter has been out for three hours and it was time stamped during inspection. This is a repeat violation from the previous inspection dated 04-16-2025

Discussed with manager and manager stoped employee and discarded avocado prior to being served to guest.
