No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed : lack of soap at the kitchen hand wash sink. The dispenser was filled and a bottle was added. ALSO, the paper towel dispenser at the same location would not dispense Paparella towels. A roll was set on the shelf overhead.
Bulk milk dispenser with dispensing tube longer than one inch protruding from the chilled dispensing head. Observed : a sleeve of single serve lids stored on the floor, by the upstairs exit door.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed : a jacket stored on the prep table next to the kitchen microwave. This was moved to the steps.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed : the family restroom lacks a hand wash sign.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed : the area over the juice nozzles, in the wait station, has an accumulation of dried splash up. Staff started cleaning.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed : old labels on clean dishes, by the ice machine.
Open dumpster lid. Observed : the dumpster lid was open.

Observed : the wait station line does not have any time as a public health control stickers that coincide with the current time period. Some are from Saturday. Corrected and adjusted stickers were printed for the remaining time for today, 2.5 hours left.

Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed: female staff portioning shredded cheese with bare hands. She added gloves as requested.
Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed: 1 plate on the cook line and 1 plate on the wait station with food debris. Bothe were moved to dish.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: in the reach-in cooler at the corner of the cook line: shredded cheese 53, cut tomato 52, slice cheese 52. ALSO, in the 4 door reach-in cooler on the cook line: Pooled eggs 53, shredded cheese 52, these were on the left hand side of the 4 door. Also, wait station reach in cooler milk 46F.

Observed: pancake batter and pooled eggs on the cook line lacking time marks. An adjusted time mark was added. The printer is not functioning properly, hand labels were made.
