Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine is not sanitizing properly, we issued them a 7 day warning.
Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. (1) Employee threw trash away, and took clean glass without changing her gloves before taking clean dishes. (2) employee was working with dirty dishes at three comp sink and then handled clean dishes coming out of dishwasher without changing gloves
