Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired since 10/01/2025.
Failure to provide water system sample reports onsite. Failure to provide current water quality testing for private well water system at time of inspection.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chemical test strip when using chlorine sanitizer at three-compartment sink.
