Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. First reading 0ppm. Operator primed machine with 100ppm reading.

Rodent activity present as evidenced by approximately 57 rodent droppings found in the following areas: - 35 on the floor under the shelf to the left of the back door; - 5 on the work table around the mixer; - 10 on the floor under the work table with the mixer; - 1 on the floor in front of the food prep sink; - 2 on the floor in the upstairs bar, behind the bar, to the right of the cash register; - 4 on the floor in the storage room under the stairs near the wait station.
Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only: - in upstairs corner by propane heater. Owner/Operator removed.
