Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Saute cooler, and walk-in cooler are not cold holding @41F. The Ac repair tech is on site and has adjusted the thermostat on cooler and recharged the system with Freon.
