Non-service animals permitted in the premises of the establishment. I observed a dog inside the kitchen area. The dog was removed and taken to the adjacent business for them to watch. I informed the employee that no dogs are allowed in the food service area of the restaurant.

I instructed the employee to remove the dog from inside the restaurant and kitchen area immediately. The employee called the manager to come in and took the dog to a business next door for them to watch.
