Owner stated is using Jax commissary kitchen but as per owner of Jax commissary kitchen, this food truck is no longer part of his current registry. Food truck owner also stated he has storage and uses ware washing at Mall in parking lot at Arlington. Towards in of inspection, owner of food truck was able to get back on with Jax Kitchen Commissary and validated information by speaking with commissary owner on phone during inspection. Reviewed with operator A private residence cannot be utilized to obtain potable water, dump waste water or to prepare, cook or store food. If vehicle needs to store food, engage in food preparation or engage in dishwashing, the vehicle will be required to have a DBPR or department of agriculture licensed food service commissary.
