Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Found in kitchen, wooden cutting board, warped with cut marks and cracks, not easily cleanable. Operator advised they will not use and discard.

Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off. Observed water at all sinks only reaching 80F. Operator reset hot water heater water now reaching 125F.
