Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Upon inspection observed a total of 5 rodent droppings inside on floor by door in outdoor paper and chemical storage unit detached from main kitchen area.

Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Upon inspection observed multiple retail bags in walk in freezer and white chest freezer with French fries inside.

Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Upon inspection observed carbon dioxide tanks not secure by beverage station right side kitchen entry door.

Observed 121 droppings in back storage room. 43 of which observed on top of single use styrofoam containers, the other 78 observed on floor under shelves. Back storage room is not directly connected to kitchen with outside separation. Operator threw away styrofoam containers and began cleaning area during inspection.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor soiled with grease build-up under fryers and grill.
