No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. The direct link to the Plan Review page is https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/hotels-restaurants/licensing/plan-review/. Establishment have a garage style door open at beginning of inspection. Explained to employee if they want the window open they maybe required to install air curtains to prevent vermin from entering the restaurant. Called and spoke with owner during inspection about the garage style door. She stated the door should never be open especially because she keep the Air conditioner on for customers who don't want to be in the heat or outdoors. Employee closed garage door during inspection.
