Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw eggs over ready to eat items, operator moved eggs to appropriate location.

Mobile food dispensing vehicle connected to utilities on more than a temporary basis. Food truck is connected to pvc pipe that goes to the grounds waste at the commissary. Manager has the value connection in his truck and will place onto the waste tank. Didn't observe any waste water dripping onto ground at time of inspection
