Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish-machine chlorine out. Establishment is using Quaternary Ammonia and triple sink setup.
