Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of microwave on shelf near triple sink area soiled.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink in kitchen area. Operator replenished roll of paper towels at hand wash sink.
