Operator only has quaternary test strips for chlorine dish machine. Representative for Breeze South provided chlorine test strips to operator during inspection.

Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Upon inspection observed ice machine with accumulation of mold like substance. Chef proceeded to clean ice machine during inspection.
