Checked temperature of raw chicken 55F, hamburger patties 57F, ham manchego sandwich 55F stored inside reach in drawers on the cook line. Per Chef electrical breaker kicked out on reach in cooler drawers.

No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chlorine test strips to check glass ware dish machine in the Main bar
