Observed in their kitchen: Gyro meat (89F - Hot Holding); Chicken (110F - Hot Holding). Operator stated the product had been out for approximately 1 hr each. Operator placed the chicken in a makeshift steam table and placed the gyro meat in the reach in cooler.

In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in use knives stored in 80 degree standing water. Operator removed the knives.
Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed them missing a plug on their shared dumpster.
Exit door locked. For reporting purposes only. Observed two out of their three fire exit doors not unlocked. Operator states he has to get the key from their landlord.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed multiple chemical containers stored next to single service articles in the pre area. Operator removed them.
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator had no sanitizer available at the start of the inspection. Operator went and purchased food grade bleach for their triple sink.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed their make table cutting board with a grooved surface.
