Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed operator touch ice used to cool down prepped cooked chicken and cooked shrimp on cook line. Educated operator to use gloves or tongs.

Manager stated major remodel happened in 2019. Where building was partially torn down and rebuilt Three hand sinks in kitchen removed, on cook line wall, and across from three compartment sink. Dish machine moved to lower kitchen area. Dry storage room added where hallway used to be leading to bathrooms. Additional hood system with cooking equipment added Server station added with coolers, prep table, hand sink, And water dispenser. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
