Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish person had recently replaced chemical, manager primed and test a couple of times, last test came out at 50 ppm.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Evidence of ice dumped in hand washing sink next to oven.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Ice chute in dining area has some black mold like substance build up.
