Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In walk-in cooler, shrimp (48F - Cold Holding). Person in Charge stated he thawed shrimp and placed in cooler approximately 3 hours earlier. Ambient thermometer shows cooler at 50f. Shrimp moved to walk-in freezer to rapidly cool.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. On shelves across from restroom, case of sterno stored over lemon pepper seasoning. Person in Charge moved sterno to bottom shelf.

Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 22 total rodent droppings, 18 in back kitchen under AC handler unit and 4 in back kitchen under triple sinks. Person in Charge cleaned all droppings.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Missing at front handwash sink. Person in Charge stocked during inspection.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. After running for several minutes, all handwash sinks water temperature only reached 73f Also, triple sinks hot water reached 70f.
