Food stored outside. Observed bread rack with bread stored outside next to freezer truck. In store walk-in freezer not functional with parts on order. Establishment is using freezer truck for storage. Delivery driver pulled buns outside of truck. Person in charge had employee immediately put buns back into freezer truck.

Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed black/green mold like substance inside and outside of ice chute in lobby. Person in charge had employee clean and sanitize ice chute.
Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Observed both waste receptacles in woman's restrooms missing covers. Discussed with person in charge.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed build up of food debris on lip of ice cream machine reservoir.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop stored in mop water near mop sink. Discussed with person in charge and they had employee removed mop from water.
