Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed french toast mix with raw eggs stored over ready-to-eat sausage gravy in reach-in cooler. Operator moved and stored correctly.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed chlorine wiping cloth sanitizing solution at 200+ ppm in front counter area on table to the right of the handwash sink. Operator corrected to 100 ppm.
