No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Per manager, establishment ran out of single use paper towels, staff left to purchase some from nearby store. Business temporarily using clean wiping cloths to dry hands.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
