Observed items in a reach in unit that the manager stated was restocked at around 8pm the day before 12/10/24 temping at sliced cheese temping at 45F and 53F, green peppers 47F, mushrooms 52F, onions 56F. Took an ambient temperature of the reach in unit at 72F. All temperatures taken at 10:50 am on 12/11/24. Stop sale issued.

Floor area(s) covered with standing water by the oven in the kitchen. Observed the ceiling vents being soiled with dust in the sandwich line area and the dining area. Observed water stained ceiling tiles in the dining area.
