Front line; cut tomato (52F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (51F - Cold Holding) Operator stated that's it's been at the table since 8:30 which less than 4 hours she turned the table on because was off and she moved the food to the walk-in cooler to cool down and bring a cold food from the walk-in cooler to use at front area.
