Walk-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Metal rack in walk in cooler under the fan, rust is starting to pit on the surface.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. cheese (45F - Cold Holding); ham (44F - Cold Holding) items in front sliding door reach in cooler, manager stated during lunch rush items are constantly being taken out of cooler to slice per order. Other items in cooler were 41F or below.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of cleaner on shelf above canned drinks across from Three compartment sink, manager moved cleaner.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Plastic container in back Handwash sink, also Co2 tanks are blocking sink, manager moved container.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. 5 tanks in front of back Handwash sink not secured.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Air vent soiled inside walk in freezer.
Grease receptacle lid open, broken, or missing. Lid is open and also filled to the very top of grease/debris, manager stated she is going to call to get grease receptacle emptied.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Front reach in cooler sliding door track is soiled. Walk in cooler racks soiled.
Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. The paint is starting to chip off exposing rusted metal on shelves in walk in cooler.
